The Company (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") provides information and products under the following terms and conditions.   • - The applications, text, software, sound, images, animations, videos, charts, etc., involved in the services provided by the Company are protected by relevant intellectual property laws and other related laws. Without authorization from the Company or other relevant rights holders, Users shall not copy, use, modify, excerpt, translate, distribute, or use in any way without the written permission of the Company and/or its relevant rights holders.

Limitation of Liability

  • - The Company provides services to Users "as is." The Company expressly disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the applicability, accuracy, timeliness, or sustainability of the services.
  • - Users understand and agree to bear the risks associated with using these services. Users must comply with relevant Chinese laws when using the services, and the Company is not responsible for any damages or consequences resulting from User behavior, except as clearly stipulated by law.
  • - The Company is not liable for any losses to Users caused by network connection failures, communication lines, third-party websites, computer hardware, or any other reasons, except as clearly stipulated by law.

User Behavior Guidelines

Users must comply with laws and regulations when using the services and must not engage in illegal activities using the services.

3. Information Security

We use various security technologies and procedures to prevent information loss, improper use, unauthorized access, or disclosure. For example, in some services, we will use encryption technology (such as SSL) to protect the personal information you provide. However, please understand that due to technical limitations and various malicious means that may exist, in the Internet industry, even with the best efforts to strengthen security measures, it is not always possible to guarantee the information to be 100% secure. Membership Subscription Service Content

Upon receiving or purchasing a membership subscription service, you can continuously use the professional features of the application within the corresponding service period.

1.Single Subscription Service

After subscribing to the single subscription service, your professional access rights will be activated and extended beyond the previous period.

Continuous Annual Service

  • (1) Continuous annual service is an automatic renewal service provided on the condition that you have already activated the membership subscription service. If you activate the continuous annual service, it is deemed that you authorize the application to deduct the annual service fee for the next billing cycle from your third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, or iTunes account (collectively referred to as "account") when your current membership subscription service is about to expire. The deduction time is within 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • (2) You can cancel the continuous annual service through the following methods: - On an Apple device: "Settings" → "iTunes Store & App Store" → Select "Apple ID" → Click "View Apple ID" → In the account settings page, click "Subscriptions" → Cancel subscription.

Paid Services

  • - You understand and agree that the membership subscription service is a paid service, and the application will charge an Internet value-added service fee. Once the membership subscription feature is activated, the fees paid are non-refundable regardless of whether you actually use the service or access electronic content during the corresponding service period.
  • - You understand and agree that the application reserves the right to independently decide and revise the fee standards and rules related to the membership subscription service from time to time. Such standards and rules become effective immediately upon publication and form an effective part of these terms. If you disagree with the aforementioned standards, rules, or their revisions, you have the right to stop using the membership subscription service. Continuing to use the membership subscription service is deemed as your agreement to the relevant content.
