Terms Of Use

You (the ‘User’) are welcome to use the services provided by us.

Please read and fully understand the following terms and conditions. Once you log in to the Services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to all of the contents of this Agreement, including any modifications we may make to the Usage Agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you may choose to terminate your login (or stop using the Services).

1. Declaration of rights

We enjoy and retain complete and undivided ownership and/or intellectual property rights in the following:

  • - Application platform related software, technology, procedures, code, user interfaces, etc;
  • - Trademarks, graphic marks related to the Service.

2. Limitation of liability

  • - The services we provide to our users are provided on an ‘as is’ basis, and we hereby expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and sustainability of the services.
  • - The User understands and agrees to use the Service at his/her own risk, and the User shall follow the relevant provisions of the law when using the Service, and we shall not be liable for any damages and consequences caused by the User's behaviour except as expressly provided by law.
  • - Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages caused to the user due to network connection failures, communication lines, third-party websites, computer hardware, or any other reason, except as expressly provided by law.

3. User Behaviour

Users shall comply with laws and regulations when using the Service and shall not use the Service to engage in illegal and illicit behaviour.

4. Paid services

1、You understand and agree that the Member Subscription Service is a paid service and that the Application will charge a fee for the use of Internet value-added services. After opening the Member Subscription, no refund of fees paid is supported, regardless of whether you actually use the service or access the eContent within the corresponding service period.

2、You understand and agree that the Application has the right, at its sole discretion and from time to time, to amend the rates and rules relating to the Member Subscription Service, and that such rates and rules shall become effective upon publication and form a valid part of these Terms. If you do not agree with the aforesaid standards and rules and their amendments, you have the right to stop using the Member Subscription Service. Your continued use of the Member Subscription Service shall be deemed to constitute your agreement to the relevant contents.

5.Content of Member Subscription Service

Once you have received or paid for a membership subscription, you can continue to use the Pro version of the app for the duration of the service.

1.Single subscription service

After subscribing to a single subscription service, your Pro access will be opened and extended backward from the previous term.

2.Continuous annual service

  • (1) The Continuous Annual Subscription Service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have activated the Membership Subscription Service. If you activate the Annual Subscription Service, you authorise the Application to deduct the annual service fee for the next billing cycle from your third-party payment account, bank card, newsletter account, iTunes account (the ‘Account’), etc., when your activated membership subscription service is about to expire. Charges will be deducted within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the billing cycle.
  • (2) You can cancel your subscribed annual subscription through the following ways： - On your Apple phone, go to ‘Settings’ → ‘iTunes Store & App Store’ → select ‘Apple ID’ → click on ‘View Apple ID’ → click on ‘Subscribe’ on the account settings page. ‘View Apple ID’ → tap “Subscribe” on the account settings page. → Unsubscribe.
